Biometric Fingerprint Recognition

Salon Tracker Software introduced the fingerprint reader as a way of making the welcoming process absolutely seamless. We have thoroughly developed the integration of this product since with the ability for staff to log in via their fingerprint so you have clarification of that person clocking in. The biometric reader also ensures that clients are giving the correct information and are unable to share minutes or courses amongst friends.

Secure Pin

Another way that Salon Tracker Software have enabled security is by an optional secure pin. Your customer need attach a 4 digit pin alongside their account so that it is recognisable only by them. This means the client card is secure & authorised only to one user so that staff cannot access & change information if this is of an issue.

Secure Shell Lock

After experiencing a number of complaints where staff could use their own social media accounts or other websites while at work on PC’s, we introduced a secure shell lock option. Salon Tracker Software is a total management solution for your entire business so staff do not need access to the web for anything else. With the secure shell lock feature you can lock down your PC and set access to web pages only you authorise for a more authorised approach.

NFC (Near Field Communication)

Salon Tracker also allows recognition through an NFC chip. Anything that holds an NFC chip, such as a credit card, loyalty card or phone, can operate as a wireless sign in. This enables salon owners with another fast and easy way to register clients and in turn, access their details upon arriving at the salon so the welcome process is seamless and fast in peak times.

Barcode Scanner

The barcode scanner is another way to welcome clients into the salon. For every client you have registered, you can attach a unique barcode to their client card so that when they arrive they can scan themselves in with said barcode. You can simply print the barcode on to a membership card.
